- Welcome drink: Bellini champagne cocktail
- Appetizer: Cognac duck liver pie on salad bed
- Soup: Pheasant broth with quail eggs
- Main course; A/ Pork Virgin caramelised pear with chutney with batata puree
- Main course: B/ Rosé duck breast with prunes with purple cabbage with potato mousse
- Dessert: Red velvet cake with red fruits, chocolate heart and lyophilized raspberries.
- Espresso or cappuccino
