On Valentine's Day we prepare a themed dinner in our restaurant. Surprise your partner with a nice candlelit dinner.

  • Welcome drink: Bellini champagne cocktail
  • Appetizer: Cognac duck liver pie on salad bed
  • Soup: Pheasant broth with quail eggs
  • Main course; A/ Pork Virgin caramelised pear with chutney with batata puree
  • Main course: B/ Rosé duck breast with prunes with purple cabbage with potato mousse
  • Dessert: Red velvet cake with red fruits, chocolate heart and lyophilized raspberries.
  • Espresso or cappuccino
